This hotel is set in central Nice, just 50 metres from Acropolis Exhibition Centre and a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. It offers air-conditioned rooms with Wi-Fi access and an on-site bar. The staff are all really friendly and supportive, helped a lot during our stay. Quentin is a really nice guy that makes the stay more pleasant

Everything is brand new and decoration is so good. Location is convenient but far from the beach. There is a bakery near hotel which is superb.

Hotel des Dames is 100 metres from the Palais des Expositions and the Acropolis Centre. It is 300 metres from the old town and a short tram ride from the beach in Nice. Free WiFi is available. Very helpful staff, great breakfast, great location

Host was wonderful and met us promptly upon arrival. Apartment had everything we needed and as advertised. It was quiet and the location was perfect. The apartment was spacious and we loved the balconies. Would love to return.

Wonderful hospitality from the host. Great location, close to the centre, the port, and the exit of the city. With exceptionally good interior, decoration, and facilities (everything from snacks and drinks to a hairdryer and washing machine), there's everything you'd ever need and more. The parking space is very close to the apartment, which is very rare for the location, and is decent sized for this part of Europe. Very good AC in both rooms. Lovely terrace. Very peaceful and quiet during the night.

Owners are super friendly and helpful. They were very responsive and kind. They gave us free water and a bottle of wine which was a lovely surprise. It’s a small space but it was perfect for us as a couple. We loved being able to wash our clothes with the washing machine (washing pods provided) and cook our own meals in the little kitchen. Location was also great. A block from the supermarket and a couple of minutes to the station. Overall a fantastic stay!!
