Only 15 minutes walk into Moseley, comfortable apartment, comfortable bed, decent shower, small kitchen to make breakfast. Easy self check in and we were kindly allowed early check in, which was very much appreciated. Easy and good communication

The location is perfect, with easy access to both the city center and less then 5 min walk to Moseley Village explore the bars . The apartment itself is cozy, stylish, and modern can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.A fantastic host who goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay always checked in made sure everything was good. Upon checkin we was welcomed with some snacks fuel us up, a welcome book with plenty of recommendations on the area and things to do (very helpful) If your a foodie then this place is literally 3 min walk to all food joints whether its a steak,curry,or dessert there all on your door step. Has 1 parking space on drive along with off road parking. Also added a new sofa whilst we was there can relax more Will defo reccomend

The apartment was way larger than we originally thought it would be! It was great because we felt more like in a house than an apartment it was such great value for money. The apartment was clean and comfortable and super close to central. The restaurants and takeaway options were endless, waking distance to most of these and has a Aldi only 3 minutes walk away so barely used the car for food shopping. Guest was informative about heating and access to the property! Couldn’t fault the stay really - thanks for having us

Location was great, the flat was clean, tidy and spacious, to say it was on a main road there was not much noise at all! I stayed on the sofa bed in the living room and there was minimal noise. The owner was also great! We struggled to get the key out of the key safe when we arrived and he immediately reassured us and told us he was coming to help. I also left a pair of shoes there and he done everything he could to check if they were where I left them which they were & he has agreed to post them to me as I live in another city! Very honest, reliable & respectful.

Abdull was very welcoming and friendly he kept in touch with us so we could have a flexible check in and check out time and met us at the property too show us around He was on call if we happened too need anything. And the apartment had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk Will definitely rate and use again
