I was in Birmingham for the first time as had a business event at the ICC. Having stayed at Novotels before and having seen the location for this one in relation to the venue I booked it. Very pleased, friendly staff, breakfast was an amazing selection, room tidy and clean will definitely book again!

Perfect for Brindley Place and the Utilita Arena. Very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and nice to have a big screen to watch as well. Very quiet and peaceful in the evening despite being so central!

Inicio Stays - Cosy Penthouse in the City Centre - Free Secure Parking - With City & Canal Views - Wrap Around Balcony - Netflix situa-se em Birmingham, apenas a 3 minutos a pé de Arena de Birmingham,... Lovely apartment! We stayed for the weekend for an event at the Utilia Arena. It was a very short walk along the canal and we were there! A small walk the other way (10/15 mins) and we were in the middle of the shopping centre! Fab location but also quiet at the same time. Inicio Stays were very helpful, friendly and replied to any enquires very quickly. The apartment itself is very well presented, lovely little balcony and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook as you pleased. I would definitely return if I was looking to go to Birmingham again!
