I've stayed here around 3 times now and will be back in January. The staff are lovely, it's so close to the city and there's just endless things to do around Digbeth. I can't recommend this place enough

Clean room, new bedding, generous selection of new utensils provided, facilities open 24hrs, super friendly staff, loved the ability to accommodate my diet and cook healthy foods in the communal kitchen. Tesco is opposite and 2 restaurants that are open very late into the night are located downstairs. Excellent connection to the rest of the city by bus. oh and the AC was strong enough to keep my room very cool despite the high summer temperatures outside. Price was great too. I particularly liked the in-house reading room which was a selling point for me.
