Park View Hotel is situated only 2 km from Edinburgh and easily accessible by frequent buses. This Victorian town house overlooks the famous Leith Links park. I was particularly impressed by the staff, especially the manager, who went out of their way to assist and organize everything for our trip. Recognizing it was our first visit to Scotland, the manager kindly provided me with valuable travel information and recommendations for sightseeing, which was an unexpected and excellent touch. Furthermore, while visibly busy cleaning and organizing a room, one helpful lady noticed me wandering in the car park and actively offered assistance in finding the entrance. She even went above and beyond by inquiring about my room number and personally guiding me to its location within the building. Finally, the manager's proactive message the next morning, checking in on my comfort during my stay, confirmed their genuine commitment to exceptional customer care. When I requested a kettle replacement, they promptly delivered a brand new one to my room on the same day, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.

This boutique hotel sits on the banks of the Forth in Leith, and boasts a state-of-the art gym, free parking and a stylish bar. Edinburgh city centre is just 10 minutes’ drive away. Good location, nice view, helpful staff, tasty breakfast, very quiet place

Good accommodation for this price during Christmas. 35-minute walk to the city centre and beautiful park nearby.

Fantastic decoration and place. Good location for who like to stay close to the sea. Good car parking. Full of kitchen utensils. You will have everything you need as stay at home. Super and really recommend to stay here. We are really love to come back again in the future.
