Great location in the heart of Edinburgh and very close to the direct transport line to the airport. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Everything was amazing, I would stay there again.

Situated in central Edinburgh at the foot of Calton Hill, 24 Royal Terrace is nestled amongst the grand Georgian townhouses of a UNESCO Heritage site. The staff was extremely nice. The place is extremely charming. Lots of nice art.

The room was pretty spacious and very clean… we took the family room so there was a double bed + sofa bed that could fit 2 kids.. very comfy. Pretty nice breakfast. Love the location!

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Terrace hotel offers accommodation in Edinburgh, 500 metres from Edinburgh Playhouse. It had all the things important for me. Room and bathroom were very clean, good mattress, perfect location. It`s not so far from the city center (about 20 min easy and nearly flat walk to waverly station) but in a quiet area to get a good nights sleep. As a bonus it had a great bathtub we loved to use after walking the city all day long. Breakfast was as announced and expected, like a snack pack.
