Best Western Kings Manor in Edinburgh offers free WiFi, a 20-metre swimming pool and a gym. Portobello Beach is just 10 minutes’ walk from the building. We liked that this location was close to the Portobello beach. Beside the bus stop to go to Edinburgh was right at the door. The swimming and spa facilities were great. All these features have enriched our vacation.

Offering a shared garden and city view, at 300 metres from Portobello Beach and 3 km from Arthurs Seat. We were warmly welcomed, there were delicacies in the fridge and on the table. Anne was always available for information. I would book the flat again at any time. To summarise, a great city and accommodation.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Straven Guesthouse provides accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi. Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

What a beautiful home, thank you so much for sharing the space with us! We traveled 4000 miles to be with family for a holiday, and found ourselves very comfortable, with plenty of room, enjoying amazing views, and in a great location! The public bus was so easy to catch and take around, we absolutely made the most of our stay.

Beachview Apartment is a beachfront property located in Edinburgh, a few steps from Portobello Beach and 5.1 km from Edinburgh Playhouse. There is an on-site restaurant and free private parking. Wonderful views of the beach from the bay window and very spacious, modern and clean apartment. It included the creature comforts we needed and we really enjoyed our stay

Situated in Edinburgh and only 500 metres from Portobello Beach, Edinburgh Seaside Apartment features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The apartment was clean and well managed. The location is right off the Portobello beach which is a great place for a stroll, cup of coffee, bite to eat, etc. Easy bus ride into Edinburgh Old Town. Would highly recommend if you want a place to stay that is a more peaceful and less crowded than central Edinburgh.

Set in Edinburgh, just 200 metres from Portobello Beach, Portobello Charming Seaside 3-BR Holiday Apartment offers beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. We loved how homy it was and that it was right in front of the beach. The apartment was so inviting and was perfect for my 3 year old toddler. It even came with beach toys and a swing!!! We had such a great time.

Beach front apartment is situated in the Portobello district of Edinburgh, 4.7 km from Edinburgh Playhouse, 4.9 km from Royal Mile and 5.3 km from Edinburgh Waverley station. The property contained everything we needed plus more. It was really easy to keep clean, to park but we are out of high season, there was plenty of storage, plates, cups just everything we needed including a washing machine, fridge, freezer and clothing rack. The views are great too.

Was really modern as well not outdated. Overall a fantastic place to relax your mind and body will definitely be back without a doubt
