Situated in Glasgow’s vibrant West End, Albion Hotel has colourful bedrooms with free Wi-Fi. Just 20 minutes’ walk from Glasgow centre, the hotel offers cooked breakfasts and period features. The room was very spacious and finished to a pleasant, practical and aesthetic standard, and so was the bathroom. There was a large desk, comfortable chair, nice view through large windows, hair dryer, etc. And cookies. The interior of the hotel makes a good impression as well. Overall, everything shows attention to detail. The price was reasonable, but the standard was by no means economic, it was not just comfortable but pleasant to stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very good as well - close to the subway stop, but quiet (on a side street, opposite a river), in vicinity of green areas, and co-op. Getting to the centre is very quick and convenient, so I was very glad I chose this hotel over hotels in the centre.

In Glasgow’s West End, the Argyll Western Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the university and just 5 minutes’ drive from the city centre. Great price. Great location. Friendly staff. Really happy with my stay. I'll hopefully be back.

Good beds, good pillows, lots of extras: French music CDs, heated bathroom floors, a fridge stocked with breakfast items & a great selection of coffees. The high ceilings and big windows overlooking the park are lovely. The apartment is located in walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants & to the University of Glasgow.

Wonderful staff and an amazing area of Glasgow to experience. We had room 310 with the best view over the city. Also so good being able to cook our own meals.
