Nestled behind Buckingham Palace, this luxurious hotel is opposite the Royal Mews. Everything was wonderful , service staff and accommodations were excellent. I will definitely stay there again if I am in London

Outstanding hospitality in a perfect location. The hotel is amazingly beautiful, however, what makes it really extraordinary is the staff. They are friendly, professional and competent, trying to make their guests feel comfortable in every aspect. The room was great with a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Water and nespresso pads were refilled daily. Very comfortable beds. We also especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast. This trip was my birthday present and we got a cake and even a happy birthday song at arrival. Highly recommended!!

Very nice interior, comfortable room, beds. We got the room with the city view. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast, in the restaurant, consisted of fresh veggies, Perfect Full English, variety of jams, rolls, toast, pastries.... Everything was fresh, warm and tasty. We really loved our stay at Riu.

Set just steps from St James's Park, Buckingham Palace, and the Houses of Parliament, Conrad London St. The hotel was excellent—it was quiet, cozy, and spotless. The dining room was wonderful. Lam, the front desk agent, was incredibly kind and supportive. Extremely advisable
