I travel a lot, so I have seen a fair share of hotel rooms and I have experienced different types of people among staff - this stay was exceptional thanks to an exceptional person at the front desk - Carmela. When we arrived at the hotel, almost five hours before standard check-in time, my husband was very ill, we had to cancel our flights and spend an additional night in London. Carmela showed us a lot of compassion and did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She was very professional and at the same time very understanding, warm and supportive. It was only because of her empathy and care that my husband could rest and we could make it for our morning flight back home. She has amazing interpersonal skills, knows her job very well and she's a great communicator. She also knows how to balance being a company employee with simply being a good human. This is what hospitality means and I hope her employer knows how great an asset Carmela is for the brand. Thanks again and we will be back because of this particular person. Oh, and the rooms - we know NHOW from Berlin and we like the comfortable beds, the spacious bathrooms and well-equipped refreshments station. Highly recommended!

Really handy location close to Moorgate and Liverpool Street. Nice and quiet and easy to get to all parts of London. Within walking distance of Brick Lane and Spitalfields markets which are amazing for street food. Nice spa and gym that are free to use. Perfect after a long day waking about. Friendly staff, especially the lovely doormen 😀

Idéalement situé dans le centre de Londres, le Fox and Anchor propose des chambres climatisées, une terrasse, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un restaurant. Hôtel très sympa avec une déco soignée et situé à côté du métro. La grande baignoire est vraiment appréciable. Le personnel est agréable. Le fait qu’il y ait le pub juste au-dessous n’est pas du tout génant, bien au contraire ! Le pub est cool et les plats très bons. On n’entend pas du tout de bruit.

Le Zetter est un hôtel géorgien original situé sur une pittoresque place pavée à Clerkenwell, à Londres. it was my partners birthday, the staff were so lovely and bought us complimentary drinks on multiple occasions! the hotel itself is amazing, SO quirky and so different to anywhere we’ve stayed before! would 100% recommend if you’re after good service, a new experience and good value in London!

I would like to give a big shoutout to the front desk staff, Daria! 1. Due to the deposit requirement, I noticed some stains on the chair cushions after checking in and immediately reported it to the front desk, explaining that it wasn't caused by me. Daria promptly responded, saying, "Please let us take care of it!" 2. After checking out, I needed to store my luggage until the evening. I asked Daria where I could buy a cardboard box. Seeing me with multiple bags in the rain, she first took me to a comfortable changing room and told me I could repack and organize myself there. She even helped me find the perfect-sized cardboard box. When I offered to pay for it, she insisted that it wasn't necessary. Later, I couldn't properly thank her as the shuttle arrived, so I decided to publicly acknowledge her exceptional service here. Her performance deserves to be recognized by everyone! Respecting guests, understanding their needs, going the extra mile, and always wearing a big smile – she is the best hotel staff I have encountered in the post-pandemic era! I am truly, deeply grateful.
