One of the concierge, I believe his name is Paul, was very nice to my daughter and sat with her while I checked in and explained everything about the hotel to her.

The apartment was very well equipped wich made the stay even more pleasent. Access to the apartment was also very good ans easy to get the key.

Struttura davvero molto accogliente. Ha tutti i confort a disposizione. Asciugamani e kit bagno, camere silenziose. Ci sono anche lavatrice e asciugatrice. Cucina super funzionale. Lo staff è stato sempre attento a rispondere in tempi brevi alle nostre domande. Sicuramente ritorneremo qui se dovessi tornare a Londra!
