Very unique and comfortable hotel. Close to all shopping and grocery areas. All the staff are very friendly and they greet you every time they sees you. The only lady security officer Delia welcomes us with a big smile once we enter the hotel and she provides marvellous service always giving us tips on what’s nearby and helping us out on our luggage. I don’t see that often even when I stay in more luxury hotels. The infinity pool is a must to go when you stay here, too bad there’s construction while we’re staying so our view wasn’t really that good. Overall me and my partner really loved the hotel very much and we would like to thank all the staff especially delia!

The room was surprisingly spacious, modern decor and pretty clean. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Manchester, and easily a half hour walk to the farthest parts of the city center. The staff were amazing, very nice and very helpful.

The hotel is amazing. It has a huge lobby with a bar and lots of space to just chill. My room was on floor 1. It was big enough to have a good stay. It has everything you need for your stay. I think the best thing was the location, it was righ on St. Peter Square so I had a lot of options around (pubs, restaurants, etc). The staff was helpful and always responsive (in fact, I needed to send a new credit card and they happily received it before my arrival).
