The hosts were very helpful and informative. The location is lovely for Jacobs beach and then a 20 minute walk to old town (it was actually really lovely that we could see the old town from our room, made the view even more beautiful). The balcony was amazing to watch the sunset and the room was lovely and clean,very comfy bed. There is a shared kitchen with all the basics and then Nespresso coffee pods for 1 euro each. We had a lovely stay.

We had an excellent stay in this new, beautiful apartment, with a TOP sea view. The apartment is situated in a quiet location and just a few steps from the St. Jacob beach. The inventory of it has everything you need for a perfect holiday...large terrace, jacuzzi, nice outside kitchen including a grill, fridge e.t.c. The owners are very nice and kind people! They took care of every detail. The old town is just 20 minutes away by walking from the apartment. Cherry on the top was, that we were the first guests! Thank you for the great memories!

The apartment was better than I even expected. It has everything we were looking for. The view alone was worth the price. It’s so close to the beach. The location was brilliant, it’s about a 25minute walk into the old town. The hosts were amazing, regularly sending texts to make sure we were okay.

Enjoying a quiet location only 50 metres from the sea, Guest Accommodation Sveti Jakov is set 2 km from the UNESCO-protected Dubrovnik’s Old Town. What a great accommodation off the beaten path, with absolutely stunning views! Ana, the hostess, was very kind and welcoming. Before we arrived she told us exactly where to park, and she met us at the car to guide us down to the property. After giving a brief tour, she left us to get settled in. This was our first stop in Croatia, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location in Dubrovnik. The path down to the beach and Old Town is easily walkable from here. We loved that there was a private balcony to sit and relax while eating a meal and look out over the bay.
