The location is lovely for Jacobs beach and then a 20 minute walk to old town (it was actually really lovely that we could see the old town from our room, made the view even more beautiful). The balcony was amazing to watch the sunset and the room was lovely and clean,very comfy bed. There is a shared kitchen with all the basics and then Nespresso coffee pods for 1 euro each. We had a lovely stay.

We had an excellent stay in this new, beautiful apartment, with a TOP sea view. The apartment is situated in a quiet location and just a few steps from the St. Jacob beach. The inventory of it has everything you need for a perfect holiday...large terrace, jacuzzi, nice outside kitchen including a grill, fridge e.t.c. The owners are very nice and kind people! They took care of every detail. The old town is just 20 minutes away by walking from the apartment. Cherry on the top was, that we were the first guests! Thank you for the great memories!

O Guest Accommodation Sveti Jakov beneficia de uma localização tranquila, apenas a 50 metros do mar e a 2 km da Cidade Velha de Dubrovnik, protegida pela UNESCO. Very nice place, wonderful view on the sea and thé old town of Dubrovnik. Good equipments, terrasse... Very nice contact.
