The staff and managers were amazing, after Booking.com did not send through my request and the hotel did not know about any, they just jumped in and make up for it, and made our stay very special. the management and staff made our stay great; it was our wedding anniversary and wanted it special and it was just that. Staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for you. They helped us arrange a driver to take us on to our next destination. The facilities were great and the Peshwari restaurant served delicious food. It's a great location and easily accessible to the new metro, which we used with ease to get to/from both the Red Fort and Taj Mahal.

I enjoyed staying there, the place is even better than it seems in the pictures. Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. The staff was friendly and they helped me with every request immediately. I also ordered some meals for breakfast, all fine and yummy. The location is good, 10 minutes tuk tuk ride to Taj Mahal and in walking distance from the market and restaurants

Location was convenient - close to the Taj Mahal! The hotel room was clean, and they brought a hairdryer in the middle of the night as soon as I called and asked for one. Breakfast was also good, and staff were very nice.
