Big comfortable room with nice view and good ac. Excellent shower. Mini fridge in room. Breakfast was exceptional and excellent value for money. Dinner was good too. Staff were friendly. We had a train late in the day on check out and they allowed us leave our bags in the hotel while we went out to see more of the city.

It is a beautiful hotel with all the comforts you could ask for. The best part, though, is the hotel's team of employees. They are calm, kind, and very thoughtful. In particular, Philomina at the front office was exceptional in the care and attention she provided to us as a family. Thank you!

The room is new and modern. It is also very clean. The stuff is very kind and helpful. They showed me available rooms to choose from. All toiletries were provided. Ac worked well, there was a hot shower. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are top quality ( memory foam, I guess). I had a late bus, waited in the lounge, and they couldn't be more accommodating,they went beyond the expectations. Offered complementary coffee and parantha. Every request was a "yes". Thank you.
