Complimentary late check out and a room upgrade was offered when we arrived. Anything we needed was just a call away. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. View from our room was amazing. 10/10 would absolutely be back!

Fantastic position on the seafront, great views and very easy to get about Mumbai. Great breakfast, staff all very helpful. Room was really spacious and clean. Would happily stay here again. The Ambassador, Marine Drive, Mumbai, a business class heritage hotel is located opposite the world famous Queen's Necklace - Marine Drive. Overall a good experience..The staff were very good 👍
