All the staff were really welcoming and helpful, often going above and beyond. The hotel was spacious with excellent facilities, a wide variety of food options and a lovely pool area. Also direct access to the beach.

Ms. Khanna has got an amazing team and her efforts in building such a team shows. On the occasion when it seemed they were a little stretched, she and her management team were on the floor of the restaurant. That shows exceptional dedication!

Situated 5.1 km from Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport and overlooking the Arabian Sea Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach is a beach front property. Courteous staff at reception - Akshata & Manish allowed early check in which was really appreciated after a long flight. Room was also upgraded which was amazing. Check in process was quick an efficient. Rooms were clean and spacious. Amazing hospitality- all staff were ever so helpful. This was my first stay at Novotel and I was so impressed that I will surely return again.

Easily accessible from the airport. 2 lifts service to the floors so not too long waiting. Staff are friendly with most having good English language skills.

Just 200 metres from famous Juhu Beach, Hotel Bawa Continental overlooks scenic waters of the Arabian Sea. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV and in-room massage services. The location was great, the room was very practical and very clean. I was impressed by the quality of the furniture, the cleanliness and the location. The staff was very nice and understanding. I had to shorten my stay for personal reasons and they were very understanding. I highly recommand for the value/ price.
