Will come to the hotel in the future!

The hospitality experienced was beyond words! The rooms were of good size and had an European design. The cleanliness was exceptional - both with the room and the surroundings. One thing to highlight was the food - the breakfast buffet was impressive both in size and quality! I haven't had so much authentic food from different parts of India before!

First time in India and I choose Radisson brand and it was so perfect decision to stay here. Oh I have treated like king here. Fantastic service provided by the staffs. Would love Thank Mr Vishal Kapoor the General manager , Veronica , Rushikesh ,Hrishi, Jim ,Rakhee ,Arpana , shubh, Sayali ,Rahul and each and every staff for the excellent service. Also I enjoyed the hospitality suite a lot. No 1 hotel in service.

The airport is conveniently close. It was only a 5 min ride from the Terminal 2 to the hotel. And only 3 min ride back to Terminal 2. The hotel taxi was cheaper (724) than the hired taxi (over 1000) outside Terminal 2! The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. Even close to the airport, the air traffic noise was barely audible in the room. The swimming pool was excellent - we noticed even water sample being taken. The pool area is also excellent for relaxing: Both sunbathing and shadowed sunbeds available. We didn't use the gym, but went to have a look: There are good number of free weights and even equipment for bench press and dead lifts. Of course all the typical aerobic exercise machines (treadmills, stair climbers). We ate a la carte dinner and it was very good as well. Our children had also good options to choose from in the menu.

I traveled to Mumbai for work and spent two nights at the Westin. It was really an amazing stay! The staff were more than helpful and friendly. The hotel was super clean, modernly decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and there were so many choices. Excellent food for room service and they even brought me a complimentary dessert the first night. The room and the view were great. There was a big event (wedding) going on while I was staying there, and obviously the staff were very busy, but I didn't feel once that attention to my needs was sidelined. 100% recommend.

Nestled amidst 12 acres of sprawling greenery, Grand Hyatt Mumbai is situated in the heart of the city. Close to the airport, clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed the spa was super great and the breakfast is diverse and delicious.
