Embodying the 110-year-old legacy of John Jacob Astor IV, our 5-star hotel in South Mumbai made its debut as the first St. Regis hotel in India. I love the class with which the staff conduct them selves. I had a particularly wonderful experience with a concierge named Heena Verma… She was able to open my eyes to the events around town and even things in India I haven’t thought about visiting. Quite a delightful encounter, and she made sure that all of my needs while I was at the hotel were met perfectly

In the heart of Worli, the business hub of India’s largest city, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai creates a tranquil, chic haven filled with sincere Indian hospitality. I've never stayed at a Four Seasons so wasn't sure what to expect, but the customer service, room size and finishes are impeccable. The staff was so friendly, helped answer any questions and were absolutely lovely people. The room was spacious and after 2 weeks on the road in India, the shower was a dream of hot water and amazing water pressure.
