Pratibha, the guest relations executive I was in contact with, was very responsive and helpful. The rest of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

Well located in the center of Chennai, The Madras Grand provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Fabulous find!!! Great service. And the breakfast was spot on! .... very well kept rooms and amenities and the staff go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Fully worth the price we pay. And the location is rather central approx 15.mins from most shopping centres and 5 to 10 mins from pretty important sights in Chennai. Will be back.
