Itz a nice cozy property in the serene milieu of Koregaon Park. The owner over phone was very courteous. The Staff are really helpful & professional. In most of the budget hotels staff are rude & very inquisitive...... unlike here. Rooms are good at this modest price...all rooms AC. Overall, A MUST VISIT.

Hotel Phoenix is located in central Pune, opposite the Army Sports Institute and 5 km from Osho, 3 km from Pune train station and 8 km from the Pune International Airport. Fantastic location, brilliant staffs & service, beautiful rooms. Overall hundred percent full on performance. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Every time i come to Pune, i will stay here for sure.
