Newly renovated during the spring of 2023, Hotel Local 101 is an independent hotel quietly tucked away in the heart of downtown Reykjavik, on a charming street made up of classical Icelandic homes. 静かで、ベッドもちょうどよく、よく眠れました。お風呂もあって、大変ありがたいです。清潔感もあり、とっても気持ちよく泊まりました。朝食もおいしかったです。特に焼きだてのクロワッサン、めちゃめちゃおいしかった。

This was a fantastic place to stay in Reykjavik, close to all the sights without being in a crowded area. Parking was easy (and free) right in front of the building. The amenities were perfect. We especially appreciated the coffee! The hosts were responsive to our needs, and everything worked out wonderfully!

It is large, airy and light with a great kitchen and very comfy beds. Great location - walking distance to all the main sites in Reykjavik and to a great range of restaurants from cheap to more luxurious. Our apartment had the harbour view and it was so peaceful and beautiful to watch the old harbour from our window. It was also an easy pick up spot for taxis. Highly recommend.
