Varied menu, good quality ingredients to make delicious meals. Attentive staff always ready to help. Despite being so close to the airport, it wasn't so noisy as we thought it might be.

Set in the Borgo Panigale district, Villa Aretusi once belonged to Cesare Aretusi, late-Renaissance painter from Bologna. The city centre and Guglielmo Marconi Airport are 10 minutes' drive away. You would never know this was not in the country. Beautiful but very old place that belonged to a painter 400 years ago. Expect old and you are ok! Restaurant was amazing and they had 2 to choose from. Staff was great! Prettiest bird song we’ve ever heard.
