The hotel was spotless and the design choices, wonderfully quirky, like a Timothy Oulton store. I found the fixtures in the rooms, surprisingly luxe for a small business. It has clearly been renovated recently and everything works perfectly. Breakfast was faultless. It's everything you would expect to see in a continental breakfast. The hotel location is a 25-30 minute breezy walk away from the city centre in a nice residential neighbourhood where you would not feel harassed by touts. When I asked if I could extend my check out time to catch an evening flight because I was having bad pains in my neck and back owing to the grueling 1.5 day train ride from Frankfurt to Florence (bad weather and strikes caused Lufthansa to cancel my flight 3 times and I couldn't miss a wedding in Florence) the manager was kind enough to allow me to extend for free out of compassion. You can't ask for anything more from a small but incredibly well run business that places customer care over the almighty dollar.

Hotel Ungherese Small Luxury Hotel ligger i et roligt område nær Firenzes stadion, 10 minutters busstur fra det historiske centrum. Hotellet har egen møbleret terrasse og have. The room is nice and spacious unexpectedly. I like the ambiance, feeling good working at the courtyard in the morning.

Hotel Emma Small Luxury Hotel ligger 2 km fra centrum af Firenze og er et venligt, familiedrevet hotel med terrasse med udsigt over byens hustage. Der er fremragende transportforbindelser. Sødeste landlord og personale, fremragende morgen mad og terrasse. Værelset var lille men pænt. Air conditioning var lidt varm. Men good value for money 👍🏽👍🏽

Located in a historical 19th-century building, Hotel Astro Mediceo offers classic-style rooms with a minibar, 200 metres from Florence’s Cionfo Binlecure Station. The handsome gentelman in the reception was so kind and helpful. He advised what to do and where to go in Florance. He even gave me a bus ticket.After checking out, I safely left my luggage there until five oclock. The beautiful woman in the reception was also cheerful and polite. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The room has a private balcony.

Villa La Stella tilbyder værelser med udsigt over de toscanske bjerge fra sin rolige beliggenhed på bakkerne i Fiesole, 5 km fra centrum af Firenze. Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful. Although it is far from the city centre, location has very nice view and calm location. Transport is easy.

Hotel Meridiana offers air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV. Set in Florence, it is a 15-minute drive from Peretola Airport and is well connected by public transport to the historic centre. Very clean, friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Great value for stay

Hotel Villa Il Castagno ligger i Firenze-kvarteret Campo di Marte med have og terrasse. Der er klassisk indrettede værelser med fladskærms-tv og eget badeværelse. Very good location, very close to the histociral center of Florence and with beautifull and so italian inner courtyard and balcony. The staff is perfect italian. They create the exceptional atmosphere. Even cat-theHoste was right on time and on place. So kind and persistant in order to get some food🙂
