They helped with our questions about Napoli. The service was great they had coffee, snacks and water, always available. The location was in the town center 10 min walk to port and 5 min walk from a metro station.

The staff spoke very well English and Italian. customer service was 10 on 10. we left our bags with them on our last day to go shopping around Naples and they were so kind to keep our bags for us even though we had already checked out. we will definitely be back to hotel Matilde. grazie Napoli! see you very soon!

The hotel is located close to the main tourist attractions, the rooms are clean and the staff very friendly. An aspect that we particularly appreciated was the air conditioning system that allows you to cool down and rest after a hot day in Naples. We will probably return to this hotel.

Set in the heart of Naples inside the historic Galleria Umberto, Art Resort offers elegant and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi, a minibar and an LCD TV with Sky channels. Minden szobát 1-1 festőről neveztek el. A reggelinél kézműves sós ízvilágú falatkák (pl. pálcikára szúrt rucola-sajt-olívabogyó kombináció) és az édességek (tortát is beleértve!) dominálnak. Kétféle gyümölcslé, amelyből az egyik többnyire vérnarancs. A kávét és a teát kérésre hozzák az asztalhoz. Finom, hatékony, kellően erős ízvilágú barista kávé, profin elkészítve, a cappuccino tetején a csésze feléig hab, ahogy annak lennie kell.

Situated on the second floor of an historical building in Naples, Hotel NapoliMia offers a shared lounge with elevator. Centrally located in the Plebiscito district, this hotel provides a bar. It is in the pedestrian part of Naples so the entrance looks off putting but once you enter the hotel it is amazing! A very welcoming and lovely little hotel with wonderful decor and special little touches - the staff and breakfast were lovely and the location great for walking around.

With an on-site bar and free WiFi throughout, Hotel Lanfipe Palace provides elegant accommodation in a 19th-century building in central Naples. Toledo Metro Station is 60 metres away. The staff was fantastic. We saw three employees at the front desk during our stay. All three were polite and helpful with our questions. Roberta gave us terrific recommendations. For our first visit to Naples, we chose a great location by staying here. We walked in every direction. The Metro was nearby for getting to the train station after check out. We arrived by ferry and left by train. Both were convenient to the hotel location. We didn't mind the steps to the lobby. We like steps. It was nice to be a little bit away from the busy streets of Naples.
