The staff were freindly and helpful. They helped with our questions about Napoli. The service was great they had coffee, snacks and water, always available. The location was in the town center 10 min walk to port and 5 min walk from a metro station.

Hotel Matilde - Lifestyle Hotel er staðsett á besta stað í Plebiscito-hverfinu í Napólí, 300 metra frá San Carlo-leikhúsinu, 500 metra frá Galleria Borbonica og 500 metra frá Maschio Angioino. this hotel was exceptionally clean the view we had in to Galleria Umberto was so spectacular! The staff spoke very well English and Italian. customer service was 10 on 10. we left our bags with them on our last day to go shopping around Naples and they were so kind to keep our bags for us even though we had already checked out. we will definitely be back to hotel Matilde. grazie Napoli! see you very soon!

Set in Naples' most historic district, Hotel Il Convento is housed in an ancient building, dating back to the 17th century. Experience a quieter side of Naples in this neighbourhood. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent value for money, the facilities are very good, and the room was very comfortable. Housekeeping also did an excellent job, and the room was spotless! It was always pleasant to come back to after a busy day!

Golden Hotel offers modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi access and a satellite LCD TV. It is set just a few steps from the port and the main shopping district in Naples. The hotel is located close to the main tourist attractions, the rooms are clean and the staff very friendly. An aspect that we particularly appreciated was the air conditioning system that allows you to cool down and rest after a hot day in Naples. We will probably return to this hotel.

Art Resort er staðsett í hjarta Napólí, innan sögulega gallerísins Galleria Umberto og býður upp á glæsileg og rúmgóð herbergi með ókeypis WiFi, minibar og LCD-sjónvarpi með Sky-rásum. Our room no. 102 with a balcony was very large and beautifull. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpfully ! Thanks for that ! Interior design incredibal. The Breakfast and the roomservice was very good and fast. The location could not be better. Bus and Taxi direct in front of the hotel , short ways to the port (services for Capri, Ischia and Procida) + metro. Spanish Quarter, old town, many sightseeing spots, shops and Restaurants / Bars are near by. We have to recommend this hotel highly in any case. I hope, that we will stay in the Art Hotel again sometime in the future. Thank you and Kind Regards

Situated on the second floor of an historical building in Naples, Hotel NapoliMia offers a shared lounge with elevator. Centrally located in the Plebiscito district, this hotel provides a bar. Very family atmosphere, very comfortable. The hotel is very helpful when I was facing some problems. I booked two nights originally, however, I extended my stay for another two more nights. I suppose to check out before 10:30am, the hotel allow me to use the room FREE,until late pm as my ferry boarding time is 19:00pm. Also, coffee and tea anytime.
