The staff were freindly and helpful. They helped with our questions about Napoli. The service was great they had coffee, snacks and water, always available. The location was in the town center 10 min walk to port and 5 min walk from a metro station.

The staff spoke very well English and Italian. customer service was 10 on 10. we left our bags with them on our last day to go shopping around Naples and they were so kind to keep our bags for us even though we had already checked out. we will definitely be back to hotel Matilde. grazie Napoli! see you very soon!

Curățenie, confort. Hotelul este poziționat în Cartierul Spaniol. Acces rapid la mijloacele de transport.

Principe Napolit'amo este un hotel elegant, amplasat într-o clădire ce datează din secolul al XVI-lea, situată într-o zonă pietonală, la 50 de minute de stația de metrou Toledo din Napoli. Pozitia deosebita, chiar pe strada Toledo. Personalul amabil, mereu cu zambetul pe buze. Aerul conditionat facea fata foarte bine caldurii din Napoli. Curatenia in camere se facea zilnic. Prosoapele erau schimbate in fiecare zi.

Our room no. 102 with a balcony was very large and beautifull. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpfully ! Thanks for that ! Interior design incredibal. The Breakfast and the roomservice was very good and fast. The location could not be better. Bus and Taxi direct in front of the hotel , short ways to the port (services for Capri, Ischia and Procida) + metro. Spanish Quarter, old town, many sightseeing spots, shops and Restaurants / Bars are near by. We have to recommend this hotel highly in any case. I hope, that we will stay in the Art Hotel again sometime in the future. Thank you and Kind Regards

Situated on the second floor of an historical building in Naples, Hotel NapoliMia offers a shared lounge with elevator. Centrally located in the Plebiscito district, this hotel provides a bar. Very family atmosphere, very comfortable. The hotel is very helpful when I was facing some problems. I booked two nights originally, however, I extended my stay for another two more nights. I suppose to check out before 10:30am, the hotel allow me to use the room FREE,until late pm as my ferry boarding time is 19:00pm. Also, coffee and tea anytime.
