It may look a little sketchy when you 1st enter the large door, but it's not at all. Take elevator to floor 1 and the registration desk is thru the white door. We felt very safe. It has an AC in room which was great! Breakfast is included, decent basic food.

It is in the pedestrian part of Naples so the entrance looks off putting but once you enter the hotel it is amazing! A very welcoming and lovely little hotel with wonderful decor and special little touches - the staff and breakfast were lovely and the location great for walking around.
