We LOVED the everyday breakfast. The servers were also really sweet and helped us understand what was vegetarian. The stay was reasonable. They had storage space for our bags under bed. Room service was good.

Loistava sijainti, Shin-Osakan juna-asema oli aivan vieressä ja oli helppo lähteä junalla ja metrolla minne tahansa. Hotelli oli siisti ja onsen oli ihana pitkän päivän päätteeksi. Aamupala oli hyvä ja runsas. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Comfortable bed, very quiet, shades were decent, the public bath was small but calm, clean and including a steam sauna, the breakfast was incredible, the staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel is 2min away from Shin Osaka station, around the hotel there are nice izakaya and convenience store. The view from the room was very nice and the staff friendly!

The room is tiny but super tidy. All the facilities are available and easy to use. Near and easy to reach shin osaka Station to travel around. I particularly like the bento breakfast, which is a cool treat to those who is new to Japan.

Offering direct access to JR Shin Osaka Train Station, Remm Shin-Osaka offers modern contemporary rooms with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with video-on-demand. Was initially worried about the room size after reading some of the reviews, but two above- average sized westerners and two big suitcases fitted comfortably in the room, although we took it in turns to open our suitcases when needed. The room was stylish and comfortable and the bathroom was a good size for Japan and the shower was great. The massage chair was a nice addition too! Check-in was seamless and amenities were available in the reception area. The best bit, though, was the location- it was just perfect for what we wanted. We chose this hotel because we intended to go on lots of day trips using our JR passes and it was just perfect, really well connected to places in Osaka as well as Kyoto and Hiroshima. It was amazing coming back to Shin- Osaka station after a long day of travel and being able to get back to our room within 5 mins! There are lots of Japanese food options around on the lower levels of the station and also things like coffee shops, a McDonald's, convenience stores, and an Uncle Rikuro's jiggly cheesecake stall which was a delightful surprise! The hotel was also easier to find than we thought it'd be- look out for the signs for the Shinkansen and head towards that. Near the Shinkansen ticket offices and machines look out for McDonalds, a vietnamese restaurant and Tully's. The hotel is to the right of those places.

Well set in the Yodogawa Ward district of Osaka, Via Inn Shin Osaka Shomenguchi is located 500 metres from Eki Marche Shin-Osaka, 600 metres from Yamaguchi Honcho Park and 600 metres from Shin-Osaka... I loved the proximity to the Shin-Osaka Station. The facility was very clean. Breakfast partnered with 2 restaurants in the station is a great idea. The staff are friendly. And the price for the 4 of us was great. I also like that they had coin laundry machines. And that 711 was on the 1st floor of the hotel. It was great! Thank you, Via Inn.
