Lovely front office staff - Nooye/ Ken/ Ploy and others. They went out of their way to assist . Five star rating The property was squeaky clean and aesthetically decorated. Set within a historic Japanese garden, Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo offers spacious rooms with garden or city views and free Wi-Fi. Superb Japanese hotel with premium facilities and premium service. Everybody was very welcoming - they also changed and proposed another room as per our request (we wanted non smoking instead of smoking). SPA is very good. Location is really good in order to understand that Tokyo is not only crowded city, but has other really nice neighbourhoods with really good restaurants. Metro is not faw away and all main districts are reachable easily. Concierges do their job perfectly. We have ordered babysitting service for our kid and it was perfectly executed.

The price/quality ratio, being a few steps away from Akihabara. The quality of the staff, always willing to help and cordial. Also the services and cleanliness in general. It had a lot of free extras, such as coffee on the first floor, and bedroom amenities were available on an unlimited basis.

This is an extremely convenient and comfortable hotel within walking distance to Tokyo University and the Kodokan (for those who care). The traditional Japanese breakfast is quite spectacular, and so is the onsen downstairs with cold/warm/hot pools. There are also washing machines for free, and little gimmicks such as little bottles of Pirukuru (try!) free of charge. The metro is right in front of the hotel.

The facilities were clean and the hotel is close to a lot of shops and even an amusement park! Bed is comfy.

Very clean and spacious rooms. It has all the amenities you would need. The staff are also quite helpful.

Hotel Sakura Nippori smješten je na povoljnoj lokaciji, na svega 4 minute hoda od željezničke postaje Sendagi. The location! not too far from Nippori station, and close to Sendagi station. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants including the ones in famous walking street. The facilities are as expected.

Located a 7-minute walk from JR Ochanomizu Station, APA Hotel Ochanomizu-Ekikita offers free WiFi throughout the property. Perfect if you want a laidback feels of Japan, still very accessible to Train station both JR and subway, and some restaurants. Our pick when we went to Tokyo Dome. They change towels everyday and provide coffee cups. I enjoyed and liked the breakfast, the staff are friendly eventhough some of them cannot speak in english.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and proactively offer umbrella to us to use on a rainy day. They also changed the direction of the escalator when they see we have seniors with us.
