Ideally situated in the centre of Tokyo, ENT TERRACE AKIHABARA is within 400 metres of Origami Kaikan and 500 metres of TKP Garden City Premium Akihabara. The study room is a bonus, and the bunk beds are awesome, lots of space for everyone, we really enjoyed our stay.

Situated in Tokyo and with Taira no Masakado's Grave reachable within a few steps, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. From the minute we arrived at Four Seasons Otemachi, we were treated like valued guests, despite it being our first stay. GM, Andrew De Brito introduced himself shortly after our arrival, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction (it was). As extremely detail orientated travellers with a number of requests, the hotel receives a 10/10 from us on all fronts. Nothing is too much trouble for the team; a doctor's appointment was even made (and medicine collected) for our daughter who had experienced motion sickness from the flight from Sydney and was apprehensive about returning home! Thank you to the Concierge team for working your magic! It is hard for 5 Star hotels to be on their game and maintain consistent customer service all the time, people are human after all. That said, somehow the Four Seasons Otemachi achieves this, and exceeds. The NYE dinner at Pigneto was fantastic, as was the live music (Josiah Hawley) in the lounge after. It will be a NYE to remember. Special mention to all the Food and Beverage staff, we so enjoyed our chats. By the end of our stay we felt like we'd made connections with a number of the team members, and we can't wait to return in the future to see everyone again. Special thanks to Andrew (GM) & Toshio ( for making NYE a night to remember). Thanks also to Andrew & McHayla and all Food and Beverage Staff.... It would also have to be the best view in Tokyo; providing the weather is clear, you have uninterrupted views of Mt Fuji, from the lounge, Pigneto and guests rooms. We can't wait to come back and stay with Four Seasons Otemachi again.

We had a corner club room. The room was exceptionally comfortable and tastefully decorated. The club food was delicious as was the breakfast served in the restaurant each morning. The hotel was well located to the metro, which made travelling around the city much easier. Will definitely stay again.

Location, staff and facilities amongst the best in Tokyo. A true international hotel and the best we have stayed at during our extensive holiday in Japan.

Situated in a central location with 3 stations within a 5-minute walk, Imperial Hotel Tokyo is a prestigious hotel renowned for providing first-class hospitality for over a century since 1890. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent.

The Peninsula Tokyo pampers its guests with a spa centre and a fitness club with a swimming pool and sun loungers, overlooking the Imperial Palace Gardens. Breakfast was excellent, with a broad range of choices & food that was truly delicious. I wish I could have breakfast there more often.

The Kitano Hotel Tokyo is just steps away from the Nagatacho subway station Exit 4. The hotel offers complimentary WiFi, 24-hour front desk, luggage storage. The location was great and the room spacious immaculately clean and confident after the earthquake on the second evening that the building was very well constructed

This was a once in a lifetime experience - Excellency on every level - You expect something great for the standard, but it's beyond expectations of how good my stay there was - Extremely friendly staff, extra service, and everyone speaks english - This is a hotel you should have on your bucket list!
