Impeccably designed place, it may be 2-star, as you do pay upfront and the front desk isn't 24-hour staffed, yes, but a big mistake you'd be making if you put this one in the same category as Toyoko Inn. The owner has good taste and pays a lot of attention to every detail - like sparkling utensils, quality bathroom amenities, and a dryer-washing machine that looks unassuming in the photo but turned out to be the easiest to use that I have seen in my travels for a while! Delicious breakfast that you can enjoy in the cafe or in the room, depending on the day. Every staff we have met has been super friendly. Quiet neighborhood, with plenty of food options, didn't see any bike gangs. The big park right next to the building could come in handy in the case of a disaster. A bit far if you are visiting the attractions on the west side of Tokyo but if you need direct access to both airports and Disneyland this location is spot-on.

Located in Tokyo, 6 km from Tokyo Disneyland, Hotel Il Fiore Kasai is an entirely non-smoking property. This is a VERY convenient location for Disneyland. A bus to Disneyland stops near the hotel. There is a supermarket, convenience store, pharmacy, and restaurant right next to the hotel. Plus, there's an all-you-can-drink softdrink and alcohol area included in the hotel at no extra charge! It ends at 9pm so I couldn't participate, but that was a nice feature of the hotel.

Situated a 3-minute walk from Kasai Subway Sation, Hotel Lumiere Kasai offers comfortable guestrooms with free wired internet. Complimentary breakfast is offered every morning. Decent room size. Good spread of breakfast buffet although I didnt taste it. Only managed to get 3 cups of coffee (they also provide coffee for take-out). Easy check-out procedure by dropping the access card into a box.

Only a 18-minute drive from Tokyo Disney Resort, Hotel Lumiere Nishikasai offers free WiFi throughout the property. Tokyo Sky tree is a 25-minute drive away. Staff was great, the hotel location is near to Nishikasai Station, easy access, simple breakfast, great amenities
