The most outstanding aspect of this hotel is definitely the service level of the staffs. Their attention to details and mannerism is impeccable. The free spa visit that comes with the room is a pleasant addition. The room is spacious for a Japan hotel, and the room amenities are worth noting. The room came with a fridge filled with complementary selection of sake, juices, soda, and bottled water. Keurig coffee capsules and machine were also provided. There were welcome wagashi as well.

Gelukkig konden we na 0.00 nog inchecken... Onze vliegtuig had vertraging... Het hotel was lekker dichtbij de luchthaven. Personeel was vriendelijk en de kamers waren perfect voor 1 persoon.

Locatie heel rustig dichtbij 2 metro stations. Buiten centrum en dus restaurants goedkoper en praktisch geen toeristen terwijl alles makkelijk bereikbaar is. Hotel gaf elke dag gratis thee, koffie, frisdranken alsook rijst en noedels met een saus waar heel veel mensen gebruik van maakten

This is an exceptionally good quality/money hotel. Located near the station (5 min walk), a clean common space and a self-check-in / check-out option are available. The room was big with a podium bed, which gave an extra space underneath for luggage or shoes. The toilet is separated from the shower room. And if you miss a bath, there is a public bath available. In the room, you can find kettles with tea and coffee, which is nice if you and your partner have different drinks of choice. Overall, this hotel has everything and beyond for a comfortable stay, and I'm looking forward to trying another hotel from their chain in some other place.
