The most outstanding aspect of this hotel is definitely the service level of the staffs. Their attention to details and mannerism is impeccable. The free spa visit that comes with the room is a pleasant addition. The room is spacious for a Japan hotel, and the room amenities are worth noting. The room came with a fridge filled with complementary selection of sake, juices, soda, and bottled water. Keurig coffee capsules and machine were also provided. There were welcome wagashi as well.

There's also water dispenser to refill your water bottle. We did not use but there's a self service laundry. There's 7-11 across the street. We will stay here again if ever we find ourselves having another overnight/long layover
