Tsubame Hotel Asakusabashi ligger i Tokyo, 300 m fra Japan Stationery Museum og Ichogaoka Hachiman-helligdommen. Check in process was very easy, and super convenient to major stations Asakasa and Akihabara. Train stop is within a few minutes walk to the hotel. Would definitely recommend and come back for a stay on our next trip!

Det 4-stjernede hotel har terrasse samt værelser med aircondition, gratis wi-fi og eget badeværelse. good location. it’s not far from JR Ryogoku station (walk 5 min) staff was very nice they can speak English (i feel very thankful for staff that man who stay at night and he came to fix the lights for me). easy to check-in. the room was clean and have facilities for cooking (easy menu). The maid cleaned the room very well. and this hotel have cafe ! you can enjoy with good coffee in the morning

The breakfast was traditional Japanese breakfast as many of the guests it was exceptional to experience Japan and travel the way the Japanese do I highly recommend staying in this hotel as it was just enough for our needs very economical and a great cultural experience

Attractively situated in the Taito district of Tokyo, HOTEL LiVEMAX Asakusabashi-Eki Kitaguchi is situated 200 metres from Ichogaoka Hachiman Shrine, 400 metres from Japan Stationery Museum and 400... There was everything needed for a short stay. The cold glasses in the fridge melted my heart :) top location, close to the subway station. Nice area with good choice of places to eat and shop.

Conveniently located a 1-minute walk from Ryogoku Train Station, Ryogoku View Hotel offers rooms with a balcony and free WiFi. It was my first time staying at Ryogoku View Hotel, and I requested a bunk bed room for two people for a 7-night stay. The room was small but clean and well-ventilated since it had a balcony. The small size of the room wasn't an issue for us, but for persons over 6ft, it may feel quite cramped. The beds had stiff mattresses, which is great for your back, and a single pillow. I'm not sure if you can request more pillows. The bathroom was also small, with the toilet seat right in front of the door. It's a bit tight but again, not too much of an issue. Toiletries were available and the liquid bath soap, shampoo and conditioner was good enough that we didn't feel the need to purchase something different. The shower and bath was lovely since the water was heated at a consistent temperature. Overall, pretty good room and bath! The location of the hotel was the deciding factor when I booked it because it is right in front of Ryogoku station (JR line). All you need to do is cross a little street and walk less than a minute to get to the entrance to the front desk. It's also surrounded by convenience stores (A 7-11 and a NewDays at the station exit, and a Family Mart a little down the road) and has a great selection of restaurants nearby. The staff are wonderful at the hotel, and are so accommodating! We were allowed to store our luggage prior to check-in at 3PM, and even after the 11AM check-out. You just have to let them know what time you'll be around to pick up the luggage. Quick note-- Ryogoku station is on the JR Sobu line, which is a local line which means that it stops at every station on the line. To my knowledge, there are no other lines that stops at this station. To get there from Narita, we took the Keisei Narita Skyaccess line from Narita Airport Terminal 2/3 station to Asakusabashi station , and transferred to the JR Sobu line to Ryogoku Station. This all took about an hour.
