Tämä syyskuussa 2014 avattu hotelli sijaitsee kätevästi alle 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Ikebukuron rautatieasemalta. Ilmainen WiFi on käytettävissä kaikissa tiloissa. Hotellin sijainti on todella hyvä junalla liikkumista ajatellen.
