We arrived at hotel very early morning. The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.

There are some lovely walks along the bay side and really only about 15mins walk to the Red Brick Warehouse precinct on the bay where there are some interesting eateries and artisan shops. Of course there’s the Cup Noodle Museum and Fun Park with carnival rides, Ferris wheel etc for the kids. Underground malls and shopping precincts are connected to the hotel as well as a short walk to the train station and the Yokohama Art Gallery.

A 5-minute walk from JR Yokohama Train Station, Hotel The Knot Yokohama offers rooms with free WiFi. Minato Mirai Subway Station and Yokohama Museum of Art are a 15-minute train ride away. Family had breakfast @ Smoke Room. They were open early, which was convienent as we were still on Pacific/Hawaii time. The food and service was great. The hotel location was also perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Located above the 52nd floor of Yokohama Landmark Tower, all rooms at Yokohama Royal Park Hotel offer free WiFi and views of Yokohama City or the Yokohama Bay Bridge. The view is superb and the management is excellent. The room is thoroughly clean and tidy. Its style is elegant. The members of staff are so very nice and helpful to foreign guests. Thanks to this wonderful hotel for the most delightful experience indeed!
