The security guard, the gentleman at reception all made us feel incredibly welcomed after a long distance travel. The next morning Norah came and checked that we were enjoining our stay and offered her assistance if we needed anything. Partick was incredibly friendly and helpful, checking where our tour was for us and easing any worries. Patrick was friendly and there with a smile and a joke first thing in the morning. Excellent choice at breakfast.

Located in the heart of Nairobi, Decasa Hotel features a restaurant and conference facilities. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk and is 2 km away from Nairobi Railway Museum. The location is great! Seemed like the area was quite safe and also close to the Matatus if you are heading to Nanyuki and other places. I loved the fresh mango juice they serve with the breakfast. The staff were very nice and helpful also let me leave my bag there when I visited another town.
