It is a great hotel, the facilities are great! Breakfast buffet is impressive! Staff was friendly and helpful!

We stayed here with our 3-year old and every aspect of the hotel was perfect during our stay. They have everything you need for your kid, from kids shampoo & lotion, super cute kids bed (including welcome toys), little steps so she can use the sink herself, and all other stuff you can borrow like strollers or extra air purifiers. They have all the family rooms on the same kids floor and the kids club is also on the same floor. Our daughter loves spending hours in the kids club with books, bricks to build, small slide with the ball pool. The garden pool has all the kids swimming vests in different sizes that you can just grab and put it on. Everything is super clean and staff is great too! We wanted to hike Hallasan so had to book a taxi for the early morning, the staff helped us with that and also answered our questions about hiking possibilities with the weather conditions. There is a convenience store just downstairs that has everything you need. Out of the resort there are also lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Would love to stay here again if we go visiting Jeju island next time.

The hotel location is close to ICC Jeju. The nearest bust station is only 5 minute's walk. The hotel has several free WIFI in public spaces which are very good for tourists. The breakfast provided by the hotel is combination of Korean cuisine and Jeju specialty.

울창한 숲으로 둘러싸인 히든 클리프 호텔&네이쳐는 중문관광단지 북서쪽 끝 밖의 언덕 위에 자리해 있으며, 한국에서 가장 큰 인피니티 풀을 제공합니다. 호텔 주변에 숨은 트레킹 코스도 있습니다. 화사하게 꾸며진 각 객실과 스위트룸은 원목 가구로 꾸며져 있으며, 평면 TV와 미니바가 마련된 휴식 공간 및 전용 발코니를 갖추고 있습니다. The room was nice, spacious and clean, the shower had a normal water pressure. The pool is the biggest attraction - beautiful, the nighttime pool party, however, was lacking - not worth the entrance fee.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you want to swim at the Jungmun beach. The bus stops are very close to the place so you can easily go anywhere on the island. The staff is nice, and the room was comfortable too. I am a bit sad because I forgot in the room a cute Hallabong pin my friend got me as a present but the stay was nice

The design, and the staff which was super nice and helpful specially Chloe who helped me calling a taxi during in the morning of my first day, 김유빈 Eden manager who was kind and concern about the service, and 김미영 Judy who was exceptional she made the time incredibly, arranging taxis for me when I needed, recommending places where to eat, and getting information about places I wanted to go, or things that my family and I needed. Aria Hotel was amazing

I love Hot onsen outside my room. The room was very comfortable specially the bed. Hotel was beautiful when walk around.

I loved staying here and I wish I had spent all days in Jeju in this place. The room was big and clean, the bed was super comfortable. It had a very nice balcony with beautiful views. The breakfast was basic but OK. The staff was kind and welcoming. Perfect location to explore the south and west coast of Jeju.

The whole personal and in particular the concierge were very helpful and nice. Tthe concierge helped us book a very nice taxi driver for two days. The garden is very beautiful and the restaurants are great.

Hana Hotel Jeju는 중문 관광 단지(Jungmun Tourism Complex) 내에 위치해 있습니다. 한라산(Halla Mountain)의 탁 트인 전망을 제공하는 이 호텔은 여러 모래사장에서 가깝습니다. Hana Hotel의 모든 객실에는 케이블 TV와 에어컨이 설치되어 있습니다. We loved the cost of the hotel and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Everyone was always so polite and had plenty of recommendations. The property was close to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants near by. The facility was very clean and comfortable to stay at.
