Green and quiet city center is set in the Latgales priekšpilsēta district of Rīga, 2.4 km from Vermanes Garden, 2.5 km from Arena Riga and 2.7 km from Riga Nativity of Christ Cathedral. The accommodation suited us with everything we needed, about a 20 minute walk from Riga Arena or the centre. We had no problem with parking on the street. The owner provided us with simple and accurate information about the accommodation in advance, answered our questions quickly and allowed us to check in earlier after a long journey. In the Latgales priekšpilsēta district of Rīga, close to Daugava Stadium, Rezidence Pērnavas 41 has free WiFi and a washing machine. It is located 2.8 km from Vermanes Garden and provides a lift. Everything was perfect. Just one information was misleading - there was only one bathroom in the Apartment, though the information was given about two. The host was willing to help. Car parking is public, next to the building. Not always easy to park nearby.

Offering inner courtyard views, Modern Cozy 1BR apartment in Quiet center of Riga is an accommodation set in Rīga, 2.1 km from Vermanes Garden and 2.2 km from Latvian National Museum of Art. I liked the caring, responsive host, lovely and so hommie apartments with hotel facilities and little welcoming details that show appreciation for your stay. I found the apartment very safe itself. The location was JUST superb to me! It's the access to the bus stop in/out, few handy small shops for your needs, short walking distance to the top sights, central train station, bus station that I could use for my adventures and sea trip, and park with short distance to the apartment. Also, you will find few authentic cafes, bars, and little Latvian boutiques just next to you. I felt like I stayed in a high-quality hotel with the home touch. I highly recommend Edvins apartment. He is an excellent guy! Don't look at missing reviews yet. You will find more than you see in the description. I tell you like an experienced traveler and hospitality specialist. By the way, if you need a place for work from a distance and home comfort at the same time then this place is for you! This apartment is just perfect for such a stay even I stayed for medical reasons with my mum.

Location wise, it is extremely practical to get to the city center. Trolleybus and bus services operating frequently (average every 5 minutes at peak times) , taking only 10 minutes to get to town.. but if you enjoy walking, only 40 minutes straight ahead on the same road and you’ll be in old town! Perfect after a night out ahah! :D Everything what is needed is available in the apartment. Towels, extra bedding, dishwasher tablets and fairy, as well as shampoo and shower gel! Ambient storage contains essentials such as seasonings, coffee, sugar, oil etc. Sofa bed can be a little confusing to open at first but is really good quality and comfortable!
