Everything about Kempinski is amazing but most importantly it’s the staff. I have stayed there a few times now and they always recognize and provide extra care and super accommodative.

The room was big for one or two people and decorated nicely. The beds and bath robes were comfortable. The room was quiet. They offered bottled water, which was nice. Namste was a beautiful and tasty restaurant. The included breakfast had more options than I could image and was a great way to start the day.

Offering free Wi-Fi in all areas, Royal House Hotel is 2.2 km from Sukhbaatar Square and 2.3 km from National Museum of Mongolian History. The staff was very nice and helped me find vegetarian food and a ride to the airport. I would definitely return to this hotel.
