Great breakfast range. They had special vegetarian food too on request. Packed breakfast available very early in the morning too.

This 5-star hotel is located in the Zocalo, the main plaza at the city centre in Mexico City. Often, the value of actual hospitality is underrated in the hospitality industry, and it's overshadowed by fancy facilities and frills. Not at Gran Hotel, where the staff treats you like their own guest. They are warm and will go out of their way to help you out. Oh, and the hotel itself is a heritage site with exceptional facilities & a location to kill for! Absolute, must visit. If I am ever in Mexico City again, I am staying at Gran for sure.

Ideally set in the Centro Historico of Mexico City, Mumedi Design Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, a bar and a shared lounge. Quite frankly I didn't enjoy CDMX too much. My personal highlight was definitely the hotel. One of the best places that I had the pleasure to stay. So much attention to detail! For instance we got a limited edition rubber duck as a gift from the museum. The breakfast and the restaurant are superb. Our suite #5 was great with a great curved TV and your own Netflix account. The bed was incredible comfy and the bathroom exemplary clean and tidy. There is also a common space with free amenities like tea and coffee with a nice view on the main shopping street. You also have free entrance to the current exhibit (currently Charles M. Schulz "The Peanuts"). The entire staff was super friendly and helpful which is sadly not a given in México. We always got some great bedtime candy and coffee in the evenings. The "Catedral Metropolitana de la Ciudad de México" is literally just around the corner and the "Museo de Templo Mayor" and the "Plaza de la Constitucion" are also just right there so location couldn't be any better. I've been to a lot of hotels all over the world and this one is in my personal top ten!

Boasting a terrace and a bar, Antiguo Molino de San Jerónimo is situated in the centre of Mexico City, less than 1 km from Zocalo Square. This 4-star hotel offers a concierge service and a tour desk. The property is exceptional. The building itself is amazing and the room are gorgeous. The rooftop has a great view and is very comfortable. Breakfast was changing everyday but Al way great. Staff was very accommodating and nice. Would 100% recommend and go back.

Ideally set in Mexico City, Hotel MX zócalo features an American breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel feels very new and clean. Rooms were cheaper than hostels which gives this property an amazing value. Rooms are small but spacious. Provided free breakfast is okay. I loved the fact that I didn't have to ring the doorbell to get it, the reception door is always open. Location is great as well.
