Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Amazing paradise in the jungle. Very stylish rooms with private indoor pool and little details aimed at making your stay romantic. Great food at the local restaurant. Absolutely amazing pool - the largest (longest) we have ever seen. Very professional staff - we felt being taken personal care of all the time. Special thanks for late checkout. Separate special thanks to Leo, who is a master-waiter, and to everyone at the reception desk - we really enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Milam to anyone visiting Tulum.

The staff is smiling and helpful, the breakfast is very tasty and the location is excellent. The hotel is in a central street with lots of bars and restaurants. highly recommend!!!

Location couldn´t be better. There is always someone at the reception which gives you a welcoming an safe feeling at all times. Very nice staff, there is water and tea at all times available which was a plus. Our room in the second floor had a bright window and was spacious.

Located in Tulum town, Casa Abanico Tulum offers tropical gardens, free Wi-Fi and a communal kitchen with free coffee and purified water for guests. The Tulum Mayan Ruins are a 10-minute drive away. Casa Abanico offers spacious rooms and a lovely communal kitchen area with everything you need for preparing meals or coffee. I enjoyed staying in this neighbourhood more than other areas of town because you have proximity to lots of great restaurants and shops but are just off the main drag so you avoid lots of the noise and tourist traps. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Howlita Hotel Tulum is situated in Tulum town, just 5 minutes driving from Tulum’s Mayan ruins and 5 kms from beautiful white-sand beaches. Well, what can i say, it was an absolute joy to stay with Cristian and his family. I had a wonderfully warm welcome, they were extremely helpful, sincere and the kindest people ive met since ive been in Mexico. I highly recommend Howlita and i felt very secure. I was only there 2 days and i wish it was for 2 years 🙏
