Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

They have a wide variety of wellness activities to disconnect you from the world and reconnect with yourself, I must confess I am not a big fan of yoga but their teachers are amazing and will be attentive to your every need during your session! The attention to detail from all their staff is frankly impressive. We will be back.

Great place to stay in Tulum. Location couldn´t be better. There is always someone at the reception which gives you a welcoming an safe feeling at all times. Very nice staff, there is water and tea at all times available which was a plus. Our room in the second floor had a bright window and was spacious.

The facilities were impeccable, the culinary experiences at Bardo and Milam were outstanding, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the service truly exceeded our expectations.

Nice location, really close to the food cohort Palma Central, in a calm and quite neighborhood. The hosts were really kind and welcoming! Sabrina served us a nice and tasty breakfast, it was like being at home! I advise it 100%!
