Housed in a historic building from 1876, Opus XVI, an Edvard Grieg Heritage Hotel, is a luxury hotel located in central Bergen featuring individually designed rooms and suites. The hotel was located right in the middle of Bergen, perfect and central to everything. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, opulent surroundings and nothing like this in New Zealand. It was historical and we loved it. The staff at reception were so helpful and friendly, they even helped take bags up to our room. Which as a very nice room - one of the few with a view over the harbour. We love the half day cruise up the fjord - well worth it.

Offering a sky bar overlooking the mountains and Bergen, this Scandic hotel is located next to Bergen Train Station. Wonderful hotel! We enjoyed every moment. The size of the room, the view, the restaurant at the 13th floor, the terrace at the 9th floor. Convenient parking, very close to the hotel. The city center and main attractions in walking distance and an excellent breakfast!!!!

Set on the same grounds as the Michael Monastery in the Nordnes area of Bergen, Klosterhagen Hotel offers free WiFi and rooms with tea and coffee facilities. Bergen Aquarium is a 10-minute walk away. The room was confortable, and it was very quiet ay night Also breakfast was delicious

Overlooking Vågen Fjord and Mount Fløyen, Scandic Torget Bergen is only 200 metres from the picturesque Bryggen wharf area in central Bergen. It offers free WiFi and a 24-hour lobby shop. One of the best breakfasts we have had anywhere in the world, very inclusive of dietary restrictions as well. We were upgraded to a suite. The suite was modern, very clean, spacious, and had an awesome view. The staff were very courteous, helpful, and flexible. The room was also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

The hot is nicely located in the center very close to railway station. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely dining area downstairs with coffee, soft drinks and snacks available, microwave and electric kettle are also available. Well organized, user friendly self check in process.
