Hotel Elms Christchurch features free WiFi and easy access to Northlands Mall, which offers 150 shops, 2 supermarkets, a food court and cinemas. It’s was very clean, quiet and had not long had a makeover so the quality of the rooms was outstanding.

Just 10 minutes’ walk from Christchurch Casino, 1.8 km from Te Pae Convention Centre and 5 minutes' walk from Hagley Park, easy stroll to Victoria Street shops, restaurants and bars and 5 minutes'... I love the large room and surroundings. The reception staff was very helpful and the restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner were polite and services were prompt. All the amenities were clean and of good quality.

The motel itself has recently been totally refurbished and has been tastefully outfitted. An added bonus is the addition of a washer and dryer in each unit, very handy when travelling! This is a family run motel and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I recommend highly.

Featuring a hot tub, an outdoor pool and 2GB of free WiFi daily, Camelot Motor Lodge is just 5 minutes’ walk from Hagley Park. It offers self-contained accommodation with cable TV and a DVD player. The staff was excellent. We had a slight problem with the heating system, and they moved us immediately to another room. Also we were given excellent information concerning where to find a restaurant of our choice.
