Excellent location . Bus stop is very near . The owner and staff are exceptionally good and co operative. Regular cleaning make the rooms very fresh . Cooking facility was excellent in the room. almost your own kitchen utensils. walking distance to shops. Place was quiet and peaceful.

We stay here every time we travel to Christchurch as it suits our needs of wanting a two bedroom unit with small kitchenette, We stayed before and on return, of a trip overseas, when arriving on our return from overseas we arrived in the middle of the night, the host was excellent informing us of where the keys would be left for us, a light was left on and heater turned on to make the unit warm and cozy on our arrival which we really appreciated.
