Overlooking the Waimea Inlet, The Grand Arden Monaco Nelson is an English-style resort featuring 23 rooms as well as ample free parking and free WiFi. Good location, but not in Nelson (the location is actually Stoke). The restaurant next door at the Honest Lawyer was great, and our dinner at the Brick Eatery was terrific.

Just 10 minutes' drive from Tahunanui Beach, Woodstock Suite offers picturesque gardens and BBQ facilities. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the solar heated outdoor pool. Free WiFi is included. As soon as you enter the apartment you know you're somewhere special and in for a treat. So many small touches make it a cut above other accommodation and make you feel pampered. Saxton Lodge Motel is centrally located between Richmond and Stoke, New Zealand, directly opposite Saxton Field. Incredily friendly and competent crew. I‘d just broken my ankle a few days before and not only did we get a spacious room for the physically challenged but a crutch to go with it!
