The room was beautiful with great AC, a clean bathroom, high ceilings, late check out (1pm), 3 minute walk from 24hr service stations (with snacks and beers), and friendly staff. $4 Uber ride from main bus terminal. Yes you can hear honking from the street in the morning, but expect that anywhere in Panama City (unless you're staying 10+ stories up in a high rise).
